Manpower Services

Beltron provides manpower support to the various department of Govt. of Bihar. They provide Data Entry Operator, Programmer and Other skilled Manpower for the betterment of department to enhance the outcome.

At present BELTRON has around 4500 IT manpower on contract basis and still recruiting more. The IT manpower is recruited by ‘Bihar Knowledge Society’. The manpower is outsourced to various state departments

IT Consultancy

Beltron as a field of activity focuses on advising Government organizations on how best to use information technology (IT) in achieving their different objectives. In addition to providing advice Beltron often estimate, manage, implement, deploy, and administer IT systems on behalf of their client organizations - a practice known as "outsourcing"

E-Gov / ITES

BELTRON joined hands with IL&FS to form a 50-50 Joint venture company called ‘Bihar e-Governance Services & Electronics Ltd (BEST)’ in the year 2006. Its functions are mainly to provide consultancy, and Project Management services to state in e-Governance projects.
